ADMISSIONS 2010-2012


BACHELOR OF CATERING TECHNOLOGY AND CULINARY ARTS

ELIGIBILITY:
  • Candidate should be 17 years of age at the time of commencement of the course.
  • A pass in any 10+2 scheme approved by the Osmania University with minimum of 50% aggregate marks in any stream.
  • Candidate for whom English is not their medium of instruction must demonstrate competency in English. In the selection procedure at the time of enrollment.
  • Non Resident Indians (NRI) should submit their relevant documents.

ONE AND HALF YEAR CERTIFICATE COURSE IN FOOD PRODUCTION AND PATISSERIE:

ELIGIBILITY:
  • Candidate should be minimum 16 years of age on or before the date of commencement of the course and not more than 25 years (30 years in case of SC & ST candidates).
  • A pass in Senior Secondary Certificate (SSC) with English as medium of instruction
  • Candidates completing SSC in languages other than English should demonstrate competency in Englishduring the selection process.
  • Experience in Food / Culinary Industry is recommended but not necessary.
  • The candidate should submit photocopies of all relevant certificates along with the application.

DIPLOMA IN CRUISE GALLEY OPERATIONS

ELIGIBILITY :
  • Candidate should be minimum 21 years of age on or before the date of the course.
  • Bachelor of Hotel Management / Diploma in Hotel Management / Bachelor of Culinary Arts with a minimum of one year experience in professional food service operations.
  • The candidate should submit photocopies of all relevant certificates along with the application

GALLEY ASSISTANT FAMILIARIZATION PROGRAM

ELIGIBILITY :
  • Candidate should be minimum 21 years of age on or before the date of completion of the course.
  • A pass in Senior Secondary Certificate (SSC) with English as edium of instruction.
  • Candidates completing SSC in language other than English should demonstrate competency in English.
  • Minimum experience of six months in Food / Culinary Industry / Allied areas is necessary.
  • The candidate should submit photocopies of all relevant certificates along with the application.
