Applications are invited from candidates seeking admission to diploma courses in the Polytechnics located in the State of Haryana for the Session 2010-11

1. The Prospectus -cum- Application along with OMR form is available for Sale from 09.04.10 to 12.05.2010 (9.00 am to 5.00 pm) for Diploma Engg. and from 09.04.2010 to 17.05.2010 (9.00 am to 5.00 pm) for Diploma Leet, Diploma Pharmacy and Diploma Management.

2. Basis of Admission: Inter se merit of Diploma Entrance Test (DET-10) to be held on 23.05.2010 (Sunday) from 10.00 am to 12.00 noon for Diploma Engg. admissions & inter se merit of Diploma (Lateral Entry) Entrance Test (DET(L)-10) to be held on 30.05.2010 (Sunday) from 10.00 am to 12.00 noon for Diploma (Lateral Entry) admissions. Admission to Diploma Pharmacy & Diploma Management will be made on inter se merit of the respective qualifying exam as per criteria mentioned in prospectus. 3. The admission of Diploma courses will be made through ON-LINE-OFF Campus web based counselling conducted by Haryana State Counseling Society through NIC.

4. Diploma Prospectus along with Application & OMR form for all Diploma courses can be obtained and also submitted at the follwoing Collection Centre: Govt. Polytechnic Ambala City, Kalpana Chawla Govt. Polytechnic for Women Ambala City, Govt. Polytechnic for Women, Faridabad, Govt. Polytechnic Jajjar, Govt. Polytechnic Manesar (Grugaon), Govt. Polytechnic Nilokheri (Karnal), Govt. Polytechnic Hisar, Govt. Polytechnic Mandi Adampur (Hisar), Govt. Polytechnic Naraul, Govt. Polytechnic Loharu (Bhiwani), C.R. Polytechnic Rohtak, Govt. Polytechnic Women Sirsa, Institute of Hotel Mgmt, Nutrition and Catering Panipat, Govt. Polytechnic Sonipat, Seth Jai Prakash Polytechnic Damla (Yamuna Nagar), Govt. Polytechnic Uttawar (Mewat). The Diploma Prospectus along with Application & OMR Form can also be obtained from Haryana State Counseling Society, Bays 7-12, Sector-4 Panchkula, Haryana.
Submission of OMR & Application Form: The OMR & Application Form neatly & precisely filled, supported by all relevant doucments should be deposited at collection centre (as mention in Point No. 4 above) & as per station, where candidate has to appear for Entrance Test (refer chapter-6 of Prospectus).

Date of Submission: Form 9.04.2010 to 12.05.2010 for Diploma Engg. and from 9.04.2010 to 17.05.2010 for Diploma Engg. (Leteral Entry), Diploma Pharmacy & Diploma Management.
