Admission Notice
Applications are invited for admission to Three and a Half Years General Nursing & Midwifery Course from unmarried or widowed without any encumbrance candidates on the prescribed application form which is attached with Brochure obtainable from the Panna Dai School of Nursing, D.D.U. Hospital on payment of Rs. 200/- by cash to be deposited at the counter, between 10.00 am to 1.00 pm on all working days except Saturdays and other holidays from 24.05.2010 to 15.06.2010
Eligibility:
a) Higher Secondary (10+2) CBSE Board or any other equivalent recognized Board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English, Psychology, Geography, History, Political Science, Economics, Commerce, Home Science, Sociology and Mathematics. Preference will be given to candidates with Physics, Chemistry, Biology. The candidate should have 50% marks in aggregate in best four subjects. one of the four subjects has to be English.
b) Those who have successfully completed ANM course with aggregate of 50% or more marks (10+2 vocational) (revised after 2001) from the school recognized by Indian Nursing Council.
Age Limit: Age should not be below 17 years and more than 35 years as on 31.07.2010. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST candidate is up to 5 years.
Admission will be confirmed only after verification of original 12th Mark sheet from CBSE or other recognized equivalent Board and Medical Examination Board of D.D.U. Hospital.
Method of Selection: Candidate will be selected strictly on the basis of merit of entrance test to be conducted on 11.07.2010 (Sunday)
Application forms duly completed in all respects along with copies of certificates should reach the office of Panna Dai School of Nursing, D.D.U. Hospital, New Delhi by 15.06.2010 Monday by 1.00 pm. Incomplete applications will be summarily rejected. |
